This was my final project for Graphic Design some year ago 2 years maybe?... I can't remember. It was one of the favorites amongst the professors and it got me one of the top 10 portfolios of the year.
It's supposed to be a poster for a supposed short film based on a short story. A weird story about an old Indian man that teaches these kids magic and fun. The kids live with strict parents and don't do much so this man's arrival was awe-inspiring. They parents try to kick him out and he ends up teaching the kids a trick that eventually leads to them going to a 'better place' up the rope of the kite. Sounds a little morbid when I try to explain it. The Man Who Had Seen the Rope Trick, poster front. I'll upload the back to this tomorrow. |
